These priorities and projects may include, but are not limited to, driving the people strategy, workforce planning & analytics, organizational design, talent management, and change management efforts. This individual may take on multiple projects from design to execution and provide business client support within their respective functional area, as needed.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Functional/Global HR Business Partners and other HR Operating Model leaders to effectively deploy Functional HR strategies and activities.Adapt swiftly to changing business needs by being deployed to critical priorities and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR colleagues, business leaders, employees, and external partners.Partner with Centers of Excellence (COE) to identify and articulate the business's HR needs to the COEs and deploy their programs and processes to bring value to the business.
