Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Military Freefall Program Manager to join our team. As a Freefall Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting oversight and administrative management of all assigned MFF Parachutists, Jumpmasters, Instructors, Instructor Candidates, Military Tandem Masters, and Military Tandem Instructors at the at Fort Moore, GA. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties:

• Oversee and support high-risk Special Operations parachute training for operations, direct support, and general support personnel assigned to or attached to the 75th Ranger Regiment’s Regimental Special Troops Battalion (RSTB).
• Formulate, coordinate, direct, and execute daily work assignments, training classes, training exercises, class room equipment, and material.
• Advise RRC elements in development of critical combat tasks and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) as applicable to airborne infiltration techniques.
• Serve as consultant, researcher, and educator in the field of specialized parachute training and equipment.
• Plan, organize, and conduct individual, joint, and cooperative training events to meet specific airborne infiltration mission requirements.
• Instruct on MFF jumps to include jumping with MFF students, providing instruction through free fall, providing instruction in the vertical wind tunnel, and acting as an additional safety through all training events.

Qualifications:

• Active / current High Altitude Physiological School (HAPS) training certification
• Active / current Class III Flight Physical or equivalent
• Physically fit
