In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping both the strategy and vision that will shape the future of the department. Your primary focus will be navigating the path from conceptualization to the introduction of new products in untapped markets, bolstering Sock Clubs position as a leader in the custom market. This position demands a proactive approach involving testing, experimenting, and ongoing refinement to swiftly uncover fresh perspectives and drive tangible outcomes.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute project plans for the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, development, marketing, sales, and design, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverablesIdentify clients and selling channels and build relationships and presence in different marketsMonitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure timely and successful deliveryManage project costs and resources, ensuring efficient use and allocationCommunicate project updates and status to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise mannerIdentify and mitigate risks to project success and escalate issues as neededFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the teamDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and new vendors to support new product developmentStay informed of industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into project management strategiesBuild the intake and resourcing roadmap, assign creative resources, and drive, implement, and manage projects.Drive post-launch analysis and identify opportunities for product enhancement or expansionSkills, Qualities, and Expectations7 years experience, takes pride in hard work, has a growth mindset, and exudes high expectations.A self-starter with a proven ability to deliver results with minimal assistanceSomeone who is curious and wants to learn.
