- Understanding of Supply Chain Principles: Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Familiarity with Inventory Control: Understanding of inventory control methods such as ABC analysis, EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), and JIT (Just-in-Time) inventory management.
- Basic Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Data Analysis Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools for interpreting supply chain data and generating meaningful insights.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting. Familiarity with PowerPoint for creating presentations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to support decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues within supply chain processes and propose effective solutions.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Prior internship or coursework related to operations and supply chain management is a plus.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds infrequently.
