In support of this mission, the Financial Reporting Manager (one of 2 in this position) oversees preparation of the annual audited GAAP and periodic Trust Indenture basis financial statements, assists the Chief Accountants and counterpart Financial Reporting Manager to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of General Accounting activities, maintains an adequate system of internal control over all relevant accounting and processes, assists the Chief Accountants and Controller in responding to internal and external audit requests, stays abreast of accounting standard pronouncements and implements new standards when required, works with other departments to obtain necessary information to produce accurate financial statements, , and assists the Controller with special projects.
