Position Summary
As the Espire Dental Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role on the team specializing in project management and reporting activities while supporting a range of strategic marketing objectives. This team member provides administrative and technical and analytical support to the marketing team, participates in brand integrations for new dental practices, helps organize and attends live community events to support our dental practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage data reporting to ensure accuracy, quality, focusing on NPS analytics and prioritizing key marketing performance metrics.
2. Monitor our online reputation and maintain daily client engagement by responding to ongoing patient feedback.
3. Administer and update public online platforms, ensuring an accurate reflection of the latest practice data, information, and accuracy.
4. Ensure efficient project coordination and clear communication of rebranding initiatives and timelines for newly acquired dental practices under the Espire brand umbrella.
5. Help track and process vendor invoices for marketing projects.
6. Support the marketing team in achieving strategic objectives and tangible growth by providing comprehensive administrative support to omnichannel campaign initiatives.
7. Assist in the utilization and updating of Click-Up, (project management platform) to enhance marketing productivity. Prior marketing software platform knowledge preferred.
8. Coordinate communications between practice team members, supporting departments, and external vendors to execute on-time deliverables such as signage, print collateral, and promotional materials, while ensuring brand consistency.
9. Help organize, coordinate, and actively participate in live community events to foster local connections, bolster brand visibility, and build rapport.
10. Develop and write engaging blogs and copywriting content on various dental-related topics, supporting internal and external communication efforts through email automation and employee engagement platforms.
11. Embrace and cultivate innovation through curiosity for the latest marketing technologies and trends, contributing to the evolution and competitiveness of our marketing strategies.
12. Live and represent the Espire cultural values, promoting them through your communications, actions, and attitudes.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with A.I. technologies including GPT, along with the application of marketing tracking tools.
• At least one year of direct experience in a related marketing role, including advertising, administrative support of a marketing team, or project management.
• Excellent project management abilities with a knack for multi-task, prioritizing, and utilizing tools and resources to execute tasks.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write captivating and relatable marketing content with careful attention to grammar.
• Possess a fun and professional demeanor, coupled with a curiosity and drive for continued learning at the forefront of marketing innovation.
