The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual concepts that support marketing strategies and are in line with our brand standards. We're looking for an experienced designer that can help create and execute our design initiatives as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a well-developed perspective on design and a drive to design dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand internal and external marketing goals and requirements
• Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs
• Design a variety of marketing materials for print and digital platforms, including:
• Direct mail marketing pieces
• Brochures, flyers, and store signage
• Digital ads, email marketing templates, and website banners
• Internal communications materials
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards.
• Prepare production-ready files and work with third-party vendors to ensure accurate execution and fulfillment.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Results oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to assist maintain digital asset libraries and in a proactive, organized manner.
• Excellent understanding of communicating through design, brand, and marketing.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud software, HTML, CSS.

Education and/or Experience:

• 2 years at agency/in-house graphic design-oriented role.
• Strong, polished aesthetic, meticulous attention of detail, and ability to create simple solutions to complex design challenges.
• Proven experience with concept development.
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or other relevant field.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Occasionally may require light lifting up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Office environment.
• Occasional travel may be required.
