Summary

The Imaging Services Director directs and supervises routine radiological procedures, studies, and treatments under the supervision of a Radiologist; Maintains a system for reporting results of all radiological studies and billing procedures associated with them; Responsible for the performance level for all staff members in accordance with quality standards and state, local, and federal requirements; responsible for the radiological safety program.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree and/or advance degree in business or healthcare management.

Required Licenses/Certifications

• A.R.R.T. and M.R.T.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• 5 years in Radiology Administration in medium-large facility
• Need regulatory knowledge of State, Federal and JCAHO Rules and Regulations.
