We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team and contribute to the overall cleanliness and appearance of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform floor maintenance tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain the cleanliness of various floor surfaces.
• Inspect and identify maintenance needs, reporting any issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with moving furniture and other items as needed during floor care activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with other facilities team members to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Floor Tech or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment, including buffers and waxing machines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures related to floor care.
