• Perform overall business management of multiple, complex civil engineering projects.
• Perform technical coordination of multiple, complex civil engineering projects.
• Prepare multiple, complex designs, studies or other tasks for projects.
• Develop client and agency relations.
• Perform tasks for civil engineering projects, including preparation of designs, plans, specifications, estimates, studies, calculations and other tasks as required.
• Supervise and direct the work of Project Coordinators, Senior Design Engineers, Design Engineers, Junior Engineers, Engineering Aides, Draftspersons and Clerical staff as assigned.
• Review work product to ensure technical quality and satisfaction of client goals.
• Provide positive leadership and guide staff career advancement.
• Educate less experienced staff on the applicable engineering techniques and practices necessary for completion of project tasks.
• Understand objectives and schedules to fulfill requirements for multiple projects. Plan and organize appropriately to maintain productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, subconsultants and others.
• Perform field work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
