Retail Merchandising Services (RMS), based in Brooklyn Park, MN is looking for an Office/Shipping Coordinator to join the team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our shipping department, managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our team.
Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate high-volume project mailings, overseeing warehouse logistics/temporary labor, and accuracy in shipments via UPS and USPS
• Efficiently manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of supplies for both home office and field employees within a warehouse setting
• Prioritize warehouse operations by handling incoming inquiries on high-volume phone lines and promptly assisting field employees with professionalism
• Monitor and direct company emails while providing necessary support, maintaining a warehouse-centric focus
• Offer essential office support, prioritizing warehouse-related tasks for the home office teams

Requirements

• 1 year previous office, or customer service experience
• Previous experience working in retail strongly preferred
• Previous experience working with UPS or USPS shipping systems strongly preferred
• Intermediate/advanced user of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel
• Attention to detail and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met
• Strong customer service mentality when interacting with employees
• Proactive with a strong focus on process improvement
