We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a successful track record leading teams in the development of complex robotic/mechatronic systems from initial requirements through production release and support. This is a managerial and technical leadership role, requiring strong technical background and leadership skills that combine in a demonstrable ability to support successful execution of projects and the well-being of the team. Working at the cutting edge of 3D metal printing technology, new challenges and problems to solve are a daily occurrence. Success requires a highly effective and well led team. Success also requires collaboration and support with and from other technical teams at Mantle.
The pay range for this role is $185,000 - $215,000 per year and is commensurate with experience relative to the position. Position also includes stock options that are subject to vesting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, skills, and location. Mantle is an equal opportunity employer.
