We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the CFO and the Treasury Director with treasury, funding and debt management, and finance operations.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Treasury Director, the responsibilities of the Treasury Manager will include but won’t be limited to:

• Management of the multi currency debt facility including ongoing asset recycling and lender reporting
• Global cash forecasting including FX and intercompany transactions
• Transactional banking support including transition to a newly selected global bank
• Assisting the Finance team with the reconciliation of treasury related activities
• Supporting the CFO with Investor Relations
• Preparation of reports to the CFO, CEO, and the Board, as well as to external lenders
• Managing key internal stakeholder relationships with R&D, Product, and Account Management
• Identifying process enhancements to help improve efficiency and innovation within the Treasury function as well as within Finance and the wider group

Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

• Degree qualification in finance, business, commerce, or equivalent discipline
• Hands on experience in dealing with treasury, AP/AR/Payroll, and investor related activities
• Experience with Finance and Funding systems (NetSuite and Moody’s Ki experience is highly regarded)
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic with a proactive and can-do attitude along the ability to take initiative
• The ability to work autonomously and to a high standard
• Relationship building skills – collaboration is critical
• The ability to hit the ground running will allow you to thrive in a diverse working environment.
