Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and stocked appropriately in retail stores. Your role will involve implementing merchandising strategies, maintaining visual standards, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Execute merchandising plans and strategies to optimize product placement and presentation
- Set up displays and arrange products according to brand guidelines
- Ensure that products are properly stocked and replenished on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store management regarding stock needs
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability, pricing, and promotional displays
- Collaborate with store managers to develop effective merchandising plans
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Utilize Adobe software to create visually appealing signage and promotional materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas within the store

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage store inventory
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient in time management and multitasking
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with Adobe software for creating promotional materials is a plus
- Ability to develop training programs for store staff
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards
