We are looking for a highly experienced Kitchen Manager for a well known restaurant group in the Miami area! All candidates must have experience with high volume and be able to bring their creativity and passion to this role.
The Kitchen Manager will play an integral part of the launch of the company's first commissary kitchen, serving amazing personal meals to those who enjoy great food! Kitchen Manager Qualifications :
- Must have multiple years of upscale restaurant kitchen leadership
- This role is extremely hands-on, and you will be on your feet.
- Banquet experience is a huge plus!
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared
- Oversee food cost, labor cost, training, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Onboard, train, and develop staff
