- Assist clients with finding the best solutions for properly insuring their risk
- Work with key accounts to provide risk management and insurance solutions to ensure satisfaction, while developing cross-sale opportunities, and referrals.
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships for the Agency.
3 years of proven success in Personal Lines insurance client management
MUST BE EXTREMELY DETAILED ORIENTED, FOCUSED, PREFECTIONIST, ANALYTICAL, A TRUE DRAMA FREE PROFESSIONAL!
Strong communication, both written and oral skills
Knowledge of AMS 360 is a plus
Experience with primary markets: Mercury, Safeco, Nationwide, Hartford, Travelers, Nationwide Private Client, Chubb and Nat Gen Premier
Relationship-oriented, Proactive and able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs.
Possess exemplary organizational and documentation skills.
Driven to achieve goals and maintain high standards with respect to client advisory responsibilities.
Extremely knowledgeable of the marketplace, the nuances of coverage, and underwriting criteria
