Responsibilities:Weatherford Malaga, Perth is currently seeking a full-time permanent Workshop Manager . This role is responsible for coordinating and leading the day-to-day shop operations of Repair and Maintenance activities. The role enforces the proper implementation of company guidelines, technical work instructions, test procedures, schematics, engineering notices, and best practices. Further responsibilities include ensuring that direct reports are trained and competent to perform specific related tasks, preserving a healthy and safe environment, and maintaining top-quality control over all maintenance activities.
