Come work for a great community medical partner in Florence, Oregon. Employer would prefer a candidate with prior medical setting experience but is willing to train. There is a one (1) week mandatory training in Coos Bay, Oregon upon acceptance of position. Employer is willing to discuss assistance with relocation if candidate is out of area.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Highschool Diploma or GED.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Previous experience with healthcare/medical setting preferred.
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Ability to type effectively.
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
* Proficient with basic office equipment.
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to attend in person training in Coos Bay for one week.
JOB DUTIES:
* Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone.
* Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues.
* Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions.
* Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims.
* Schedules any necessary appointments after completion of patient visit.
* Accept and process all payments.
* Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders.
* Data entry as needed and/or directed.
* Coordinate pick up and drop off of medical equipment at clinic.
* Travel to other medical facilities to pick up and drop off medical equipment.
* File physical and electronic documents.
* Open and close clinic on time.
* Maintaining office cleanliness.
* All other duties as assigned.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
PAY:
$16 - $18 per hour depending on experience
Additional Benefits:
Full-Time benefits after 90 days include:
