Job Description The Hearst E-Commerce team is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to lead new seller and catalog integration for our e-commerce.
As the part of the Marketplace Business Operations team, you will work directly with selling partners to lead them through successful platform onboarding. You will help lay the groundwork of developing clear and effective training documentation and operating procedures, establishing key metrics and reporting, and look for process improvement opportunities as we continue to scale. You will collaborate across several key teams, including category management, product management, engineering, and marketing.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver and a customer-obsessed, curious owner who embraces data-driven decision making. Our team is focused on partnering with and onboarding new brands across a wide variety of categories and identifying ways to improve the overall Seller experience, while also providing best-in-class, comprehensive support. With our many partners across multiple Hearst organizations, you should have excellent communication skills and comfort in collaborating with and presenting concepts across functional stakeholders and leadership.
If you're interested in a startup environment with an opportunity to define new customer experiences, then this may be the role for you.
