The Director of Case Management - Good Samaritan Hospital

The Director of Case Management will be over the Case Management team at Good Samaritan Hospital, in Tacoma, Washington.
Position Summary:
The Director is responsible for leading a dynamic team of clinical professionals in the execution of exemplary cross continuum care coordination. This individual works with market leaders, physicians, peers, community colleagues, system leaders and others to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, and to execute collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health System’s commitment to patient centered care and community engagement.
Requirements:
7 years clinical experience
Five years of healthcare leadership experience
Risk mitigation, financial and reimbursement experience.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Current Washington State RN Licensure or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Master’s Degree
PhD in Nursing, DNP, or ARNP preferred
