What Winning Looks Like:

• Development and implementation solutions leveraging SharePoint and the Power Platform
• Assist with development and implementation of SharePoint collaboration, governance plan, taxonomy, and security models, following best practices
• Work with other administrators to define and develop growth strategies
• Support all activities related to the Enterprise SharePoint environment operations, maintenance, integration, and improvement
• Drive user adoption by marketing SharePoint and Office 365 features/capabilities to internal business users
• Work with end users to maximize utilization of Office 365/SharePoint Online technology and find SharePoint-based solutions for business needs
• Conduct end-user training and regular audits of the SharePoint environment

Skills Needed to Win:

• 4 years' experience in PowerApps, Power Platform, or Power Automate experience
• Current working knowledge of SharePoint capabilities of SharePoint Online and how it can be used to enhance other Office 365 tools
• Ability to work with end users, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and drive projects forward
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills are required

$75,000 - $105,000/year* profit sharing benefits
*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
