Description:
The Project Engineer will be the main point of contact between customers and the Process Engineering team. They will manage schedules, parts, and installations for the rental business, aftermarket, upgrades, and new build installations.
- Communicate with customers to identify problems, scope solutions, and coordinate execution
- Manage schedules for parts, build, testing, and installation
- Troubleshoot issues with customers and internal team to find the proper solution
- When necessary, source parts for replacement/aftermarket business
- Schedule and deploy field service team to customer sites
- Travel to customer sites for pre-installation checks
