JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a team leader to join the Proline development team. Proline is a supply chain planning software powered by Artificial Intelligence and Optimization to improve efficiency, yield and service level, while decreasing waste, and stock levels. Our team is looking for a motivated individual who has a real passion for software development, delivering high-quality products, and building multifaceted enterprise applications for a diverse and growing international client base. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will contribute to building multifaceted enterprise and customized applications for a diverse and growing international client base.
• Manage and lead a team of developers on a project by setting a clear vision and roadmap
• Scale team and onboard new developers to include setting goals, providing mentorship and guidance
• Collaborate with other teams to complete a feature, such as data scientists and UX developers
• Write programs in a variety of computer languages, such as C#
• Test programs for errors using integration, unit, and end-to-end tests
• Perform peer code review and provide meaningful feedback to help build better solutions
• Establish strong working relationships across all levels and functions of the organization

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. Computer Science or related, equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or C#, preferably in developing large-scale web applications.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Angular, ASP.NET Core, or similar technologies in a professional setting.
• 5 years of experience in the software development life cycle including product definition, design, development, testing, and implementation
• 2 years of experience leading development teams

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

• Proficient/advanced in English: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently.
• Strong technical foundation: Deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Effective project management: Ability to lead projects from inception to completion, adept at prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and growth mindset: Open to adopting new technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive both personal and team growth. Ability to mentor and inspire team members through knowledge sharing and professional development.
