Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Bank Secrecy Act Officer to join our financial institution. The ideal candidate will oversee and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other anti-money laundering regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain BSA/AML compliance programs
- Conduct ongoing monitoring for suspicious activities and transactions
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports in adherence to BSA requirements

Experience:
- Strong background in financial auditing and regulatory reporting
- Proficiency in financial acumen and technical accounting principles
- Familiarity with TILA, SOX, COSO, corporate accounting, and securities law
- Understanding of financial concepts and risk management practices
