Senior Assurance Associate
A Senior Assurance Associate can perform most engagements with little supervision. They direct and review the work of an Associate Accountant and are very capable of making decisions on most accounting, tax and auditing matters. They are supervised in most cases by a manager and/ or partner on an engagement. Generally, this position requires three or more years of audit and tax experience.

Situational Reasoning - Requires the ability to exercise the judgment, decisiveness and creativity required in situations involving the evaluation of information against sensory, judgmental, or subjective criteria, as opposed to that which is clearly measurable or verifiable.

Physical Ability - Tasks involve the ability to travel to meetings outside office, exert moderate physical effort, and may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials up to 20 pounds.
