Job Details

• Contribute to the development of all external financial reports, encompassing Forms 10-K/10-Q, earnings releases, proxy statements, and other

mandated SEC submissions, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and SEC standards.

• Take charge of meticulously preparing and reviewing supporting documentation, such as work papers, to validate data and disclosures included in

SEC filings, prioritizing completeness, accuracy, and reliability of financial information.

• Independently conduct research and monitor filings within peer and industry sectors to pinpoint emerging trends and disclosure methodologies.
• Manage the coordination of data collection across departments and engage with external auditors.
• Establish and maintain schedules and planning documents to communicate and enforce adherence to deadlines throughout the reporting cycle.
• Execute accounting procedures related to share-based compensation schemes, encompassing RSUs and stock options.
• Facilitate the integration of controls as mandated by SOX.
• Contribute to the integration of new accounting and reporting standards, including conducting technical accounting research, designing new

processes, and ensuring compliance with ESG reporting requisites.
ACTIVE CPA LICENSE REQUIRED
3 years experience in public accounting or public company experience
