Responsibilities:The Manager of Volunteer Operations oversees the systems, policies, and procedures of the operations of our volunteer workforce throughout CHI Saint Joseph Health. This role is responsible for standardizing and streamlining policies and procedures throughout the system enabling a consistent approach to the recruitment, retention, and deployment of volunteers across CHI Saint Joseph Health. In addition this role ensures that our volunteers are deployed in a manner that is legally compliant and appropriate in scope as it relates to relevant regulatory bodies including but not limited to CMS, The Joint Commission, and state regulatory agencies.
This role is responsible for driving volunteers to serve 5 key initiatives:
