Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking a service focused individual to help retain and grow Kelly Benefits client base by providing comprehensive service to existing, prospective and new Kelly Benefits brokers and clients. Ensuring the ongoing strategy, delivery and management of the client’s unique benefit needs while acting as an ambassador to help continue to grow Kelly Benefits.
Responsibilities include providing a proactive approach in assisting brokers to secure new business and retain existing business to include training and testing of Kelly Benefits tools including KTBSonline, while obtaining required information to oversee successful implementation, track deliverables, manage risk, schedule and facilitate calls and meetings with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
