Job Description:
Ferguson Construction is an award-winning general contracting company specializing in manufacturing and industrial buildings, medical office buildings, healthcare facilities, retail, and commercial spaces. This position supports all regional offices. These include, Sidney, Dayton, Columbus and Indianapolis.
The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, motivated self-starter, competent in conducting design surveys, boundary surveys, topography surveys, utility location surveys as well as data collection. Additionally, we are looking for the candidate to have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field. Candidates should be familiar with robotic technology and GPS. No overnight travel is required for this position.
Applicants must be able to work primarily outdoors. Candidates must also be able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 20 pounds, dragging, stooping, standing and walking for periods of time. This position reports to the Managing Architect and manages one employee. This position can be based out of Ferguson's Sidney or Dayton, Ohio offices.
