WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to support our Reynosa, MX location with the following:

  • Prepare and communicate proactive analysis to support plant initiatives and be engaged in bringing best practices and efficiencies to the plant.
  • Drive and support productivity initiatives to reduce overall cost and increase plant performance.
  • Prepare month-end closing entries and plant performance reports, perform variance analysis of plant spend vs. last year, vs. budget and vs. forecast.
  • Perform annual standard cost roll and related analytics.
  • Prepare annual budget and forecasts for operations.
  • Maintain inventory analysis and reconciliation, cycle count, excess & obsolete inventory process for the plant.
  • Provide information requested by Audit and Tax department to ensure adherence to policy or meet target.
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3 years of experience with journal entries and cost accounting preferred.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
