Qualifications of the Event Planning Coordinator :
- Preferred Associates degree
- Experience in sales and customer service, with an emphasis on building strong relationships
- Ability to establish relationships with new leads and referrals
- Experience in managing account services and following up with clients
- Proficiency in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Active participation in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows
- Strong integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical nature
- Ability to provide effective support, guidance, and advice during event and service planning
