đ Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate staff activities in the Emergency Department, Free-Standing Emergency Department, and Urgent Care.
- Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physicians' instructions and hospital policies.
- Oversee organizational improvement activities and policy development.
- Maintain quality control programs and provide staff education and training.
- Collaborate with other nursing units and departments for continuity of patient care.

- Registered Nurse with BSN required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
- 5 years of nursing experience with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in emergency services management preferred.
