Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester invites applications for an Account Manager to join the Collaborative Care and Wellness Division. Specifically, UR Medicine EAP and Behavioral Health Partners (BHP). UR Medicine EAP provides confidential guidance and support for addressing a variety of personal and work-related challenges. The Account Manager is an integral member of the EAP and BHP teams. The Account Manager assists with maintaining existing business contracts and new contract on-boarding by responding to service requests, handling survey preparation and data management, marketing materials and events, contract renewals, and other duties as
assigned.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service Requests

  • Oversee workshops scheduling:
    • Receive and review workshop requests for accuracy and clarifying with client/customer on unclear request details
    • Review counselor calendars and schedule workshop and appropriate preparation time
    • Create Zoom links for workshops that will be completed via video conference
    • Create and distribute workshop materials
    • Book workshop venues
    • Ensure appropriate equipment is available in decided space
  • Annual Workshop Series:
    • In collaboration with EAP Service Manager, plan topics for annual EAP Health Bites and EAP Supervisor Series
    • Create and distribute marketing materials for upcoming workshop series
    • Schedule Zoom links, venues and interpreters for workshop series
    • Schedule and host tech checks with upcoming presenters
    • Maintain Zoom Webinar license for EAP and BHP

Contract Management

  • Create request for proposals and respond to inquiries regarding new contracts
  • Coordinates new contract onboarding including attending implementation meetings, employee meetings, preparation of communication pieces, and coordination of internal processes with

affected departments and outside vendors.

Contract Renewals:

  • Manages client interactions for optimal experience and problem solves where appropriate.
  • Inform groups of pertinent policy, product changes and deliver appropriate reports as needed
  • Generate and deliver quarterly & annual utilization and impact reports
  • Manage contract renewal process for 70 agreements
  • Request updated information from customer liaisons annually
  • Manage approval process with UR legal counsel
  • Obtain leadership signatures on approved contracts
  • Communicate contract changes and updated contract terms with Psychiatry Finance team
  • Connect with customer liaisons on overdue invoices

Data Management:

  • Compile survey results of clinical services and contract feedback
  • Generate reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Calculate metrics such as Net promoter score

EBS Communications

  • Website Maintenance:
    • Maintain website content on multiple webpages
    • Upload videos from previously recorded workshop seriesPost blog and newsletters to websites
  • Blogs and Newsletters:
    • Manage schedule for upcoming BHP blogs
    • Communicate with BHP clinicians on content due dates and topics
    • Review and select purchased content for EAP blog and newsletter
    • Review blog posts for errors and select images for marketing
    • Manage blog review process with Well-U team and EBS leadership
    • Submit blog teasers to Well-U team to be published in @Roch and UR Weekly
    • Send out monthly EAP newsletter to subscribers
  • Marketing Materials:
    • Review current marketing materials for necessary updates and manage process for needed modifications
    • Track requests for additional marketing materials
    • Order additional materials as needed
    • Create new content and materials for upcoming services/events
    • Create materials to be used for organizations seeking contract proposals from UR Medicine EAP

Business Development:

  • Works with EBS leadership to identify and present value-added solutions and strategize on client issues.
  • Develops and maintains client-specific strategic action plans, regularly reviewing client needs. Provides feedback on products and services to EBS leadership to create consultative solutions to stay current with industry trends.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administrative, finance, business management or equivalent required.
  • 1 years' experience in a business operation or administrative role or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Experience in sales, strategic account management, client retention, employee benefits, or related field preferred.
  • Marketing experience preferred.
  • Web content experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop consultative relationships and find ways to add value while offering enhancements or extensions of core services to increase revenue and build long-term loyalty preferred.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $46,987 - $65,790 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined byconsidering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
