Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring a Validation Technician to join a leading manufacturer, packager, and distributor of over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical products and consumer healthcare goods. This is a 1st shift position with an option to work Sun-Thurs, or Mon-Fri. This is an excellent opportunity to join growing organization. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist with packaging validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification required for new products, processes, and equipment and any changes to existing products, processes, and equipment.
•Prepares and executes protocols and reports for validation work.
•Coordinates validation activities by constant communication with affected departments and personnel.
•Controls and organizes all validation documents.
•Participate in project meetings.
•Provide weekly updates to the Corporate Validation Manager.
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
•Competent with GMP's concepts, practices, and procedures as defined in 21 CFR Parts 11, 210, 211
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the liquids pharmaceutical industry.
•Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences/Engineering is preferred.
•Technical writing and strong attention to detail required.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Teams, and Outlook).
•Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
•Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and organized.
•Willing and capable of working on various projects with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
•Willing and capable of assisting in the process, equipment, and cleaning development of validation activities.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple and changing priorities.
•Work hours may include off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
