We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Research – legal, medical, social.
• Be involved in all aspects of case from inception to trial.
• Reviewing incoming discovery and preparation of summaries.
• Identifying medical providers, collection and organization of records.
• Reviewing and summarizing of medical and other records obtained.
• Drafting of initial discovery responses for attorney review.
• Assist in preparation for trial.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Paralegal Studies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Familiar with WestlawNext and/or LexisNexis Advance.
• Other technical skills are a bonus.
