ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an Assistant House Manager in our children's program, you typically work a flexible schedule to ensure the needs of our children are met. You create a therapeutic haven where each student's well-being is the top priority.

You lead by example, nurturing a supportive environment and assisting the House Manager in on-site management. This includes monitoring, quality assurance, and staff training. The children rely on you for safety and care. You're ready to make a positive impact!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

• A valid driver's license

One of the following is also required:

• Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent college experience with 1 years of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents, along with 1 years of supervisory experience preferred in any field or,
• High school diploma plus 2 years of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents plus 1 years of supervisory experience in any field preferred
