We are seeking experienced Solar Roofers to join our team. As a Solar Roofer, you will be responsible for installing solar racking on residential and commercial buildings.

Install and layout solar racking, prepare jobs with shop foreman, carry solar panels (with others), set up power lift for solar panels, install to design, clean-up job site, keep trucks organized, and work with Solar and Journeyman Electricians.

Most importantly comply with OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Layout the solar system on various materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, membrane roofs.
- Measure and cut racking materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install or flashings and rails.
- Ensure any penetrations are properly sealed and waterproofed
- Clean and maintain work area and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience on using ladders and climbing roofs
- Strong knowledge of roofing and construction, techniques, and tools
- Proficient in translating plans to the roof. Experience with frame carpentry, stud finding and plumb lines.
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate power tools safely

Pay: $22.79 - $27.45 per hour
