Job Title: Supply Chain Mgmt Analyst
Location: Seattle WA
Duration: 4 months, possible FTE opportunity for the right fit

Client has an opening for an Associate or Mid-level Supply Chain Management Analyst level 2 in Seattle, Washington.
This position will be responsible for working with the internal & external supply chain to fulfill the responsibilities of the Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) role on the BCA Flight test test team.
Position Responsibilities:
• Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
• Analyzes complex material requirements.
• Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan.
• Determines part number attributes.
• Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
• Ensures on-time delivery.
• Documents and resolves order delinquencies.
• Reports schedule adherence issues.
• Develops and controls inventory plans.
• Optimizes inventory levels.
• Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories.
• Initiates audits.
• Develops and creates schedules for products and services.
• Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
• Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
• This position will be based on a hybrid working environment.
Required Skills
• 2 or more years of experience in supporting operations, materials management and/or supply chain functions in production environment
• 2 or more years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
• 1 years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supply
Preferred Skills:
• 3 or more years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or another industry
• BA/Master's degree or higher
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office suite applications
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
