Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Collaborate with other managers to implement marketing initiatives and promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in math for cash handling and payroll purposes
- Familiarity with wireless sales is preferred but not required
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
