The Senior Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Company's benefits programs. This position is responsible for overseeing the employee benefits programs to ensure programs are administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Working with HR leadership, the Senior Benefits Coordinator will assist in the implementation of benefit programs, policies and procedures to align with the Company's goals and competitive practices. This position collaborates with members of the Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position split between remote work and our Midtown, NYC office.
