Commercial Real Estate Property Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Property Manager with a specialized focus on facilities management to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, vendor management, and tenant relations, with a proven history of perfecting operational efficiency while keeping superior tenant satisfaction. This role requires an analytical thinker who can effectively manage a wide range of properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Qualifications:

- Affiliate Brokers License in the State of Tennessee (required).

- Bachelor’s or associate degree in in related field (preferred).

- Current Driver’s License (reliable and insured vehicle).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property management with oversight of diverse property portfolios.

- Proven ability to manage multiple properties with diverse needs and requirements (experience in Industrial, Office, and Retail preferred).

- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.

- Familiarity with Property Management obligations associated with Property Management Agreements.

- Ability in Yardi Voyager and MS Office suite.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
