Position Overview

The Pipeline Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end of projects,

requiring strong coordination, documentation, compliance skills, and effective

problem-solving. The Pipeline Manager must showcase adaptability to

respond to market changes and proactively solve problems that may arise during the

project lifecycle. Recognizing the unique characteristics of each market, it is expected

that the PM will educate themselves on specific regulations, requirements, and trends to

adapt strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and efficient project progression by regulating day-to-day operations.
• Notate and Update scheduled dates, crucial information, and reasons for delays within the CRM system to promote awareness of project status
• Track and manage backlog effectively, working with field operations to ensure acceptable company timeframes are met
• Proactively engage with customers, coworkers, and sales representatives to address inquiries, set expectations, and provide necessary documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate challenging situations and answer basic solar-related queries.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting attention to detail and a strong work ethic to meet project needs effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous experience in solar project management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
