RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Customer Project/Program Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Spring, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.
Key Tasks:

• Customer Project/Program Manager supports the order management organization for Global Order Management and Care and will provide business analyst/business process lead support for various programs and projects supporting the end-to-end order process from once they are considered "clean" through to the invoice (revenue recognition), and post-shipment processes; This will include process/program support, strategy and design, as well as other operational and compliance strategic break/fix activities, including testing, process engineering and documentation support
• Will be engaged in global projects and required to provide regular updates, lead teams, or work individually
• Will lead or participate on projects across phases, from scoping to conclusion, including design, testing and support efforts
• This candidate will also perform testing, create business requirements documentation, process documentation, metrics and measurements (analytics), and other tasks as required in support of active projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
