Benefits include company equity, health, life and disability insurance, 401(k), flexible schedule, and paid time off (vacation/sick/holidays).As a UX/UI Designer at Player First Games, you will:What you will doBuild wireframes, prototypes, and presentations as needed for proof of concept and implementation within FigmaCollaborate cross-functionally with sprint teams consisting of artists, designers, producers, and engineersProduce data-informed UX deliverables that have a clear understanding of menu systems and player journeysConvert UX wireframes into high-fidelity deliverables with additional artifacts using Adobe CCSupport lead artists in creating bespoke assets including UI icons, minor cosmetics, and logos with Adobe CCWork closely with engineers and designers to implement game-ready visuals and various assets in UE5Maintain and support our design system, establishing guidelines and best practices across Figma and UE5Ensure all designs align with UX/UI guidelines, business goals, and visual accessibility standardsReport to other designers with minimal guidance on balancing UX priorities across multiple agile teamsUse appropriate artifacts to present your design and rationale to stakeholders and team membersConvert final UI elements into assets with motion designWhat we are looking for1-4 years experience designing digital experiences, products, and platforms as a User Experience Designer and/or User Interface ArtistKnowledge and experience with working in Unreal Engine 5 and CommonUIExperience with Figma for designing, building design systems, and prototypingExperience with the Adobe Creative Suite for visual designNice to haveProficiency with motion graphicsKnowledge about online player vs player behaviors, trends, and expectationsExperience in Unreal Engine's Widget Blueprint and CommonUIWe offerEstimated base pay range for this position: $170,000-$190,000.Fully remote studio.Shared success in the company.World-class talent with experience in some of the industrys biggest games, including God of War(), League of Legends(), Overwatch(), and Call of Duty().A culture focused on player trust and player experience.At Player First Games, we design experiences from the players perspective.
