Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, the Sales Admin Manager oversees the administration and flow of goods and information within the scope of purchases through the POS for APNA and APLA Markets (Non-Valuable Goods for APLA). Responsible for the activity related to managing sales administration, inventory, at all APNA locations with high value goods.
Sales Administration Management

• Responsible for the administration and flow of purchases from APMK through delivery to the POS
• Direct management of the APNA Sales Administrators and support for APLA Sales Operations Coordinator
• Responsible for sales admin Internal controls (guideline updates, review and documentation) on transaction follow-up, price invoice, consignment and inventory management
• Build and maintain a strong communication with APMK Sales Administration regarding product needs and delivery status
• Manage the allocation process for EXT and INT Boutique deliveries, including timepieces for Events and Exhibitions
• Analyze to proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, optimization, and implement solutions with Sales Directors
• Ensure accuracy and efficient distribution of sales related reports, revisions to existing, and development of new reporting tools as required

Stock and Inventory Management

• Responsible for the management of all APNA stock watches, storage and inventory management with respect to internal controls
• Stock maintenance, aged stock management of APNA and RET stock
• Stock analysis of INT Boutique and RET inventory to ensure optimal stock representation based on available APNA stock
• Management of sellable, non-sellable, and consignment stock
• Coordination of buybacks, returns to APMK for credit
• Ensure accuracy and efficient distribution of stock and inventory reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of order processing systems and CRM software
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with international business operations is an advantage

Additional Information
Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $110-$130k base dependent on experience.
