How will you make an impact?
- Lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance, concentrating on performance metric establishment, industry best practices, and continuous tool and process development to achieve quality goals.
- Analyze QA performance metrics to derive meaningful insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with upper management to establish and maintain quality benchmarks, fostering a culture of excellence. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on QA progress and addressing any concerns.
- Play a vital role in Agile ceremonies, actively analyzing requirements, crafting testing strategies, and finding innovative ways to track progress and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Optimize QA processes within the team by strategically selecting and implementing automation tools and frameworks, establishing efficient CI/CD pipelines, and conducting reviews to enhance productivity.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the QA process, implementing proactive measures to prevent issues.
- Act as the primary contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services, UAT guidance, and coordinating QA resources for both internal projects and cross-squad efforts to align QA strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Lead training, motivation, coaching, and guidance efforts to maintain and exceed standards.
- Drive the recruitment strategy within the team, working closely with HR and the technical recruiting team to promptly fill open positions, place high performing team members, strategically optimize team structure, and retain top talent.
What do you bring to us?
- 8-10 years of experience building and managing teams, reviewing user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, and other available information in order to develop test plans and test scenarios
- Demonstrated experience in agile software development testing, encompassing both manual and automated testing.
- Showcase 2-3 years of automation experience with languages like JavaScript, PHP, or other object-oriented programming languages, using tools such as Selenium Webdriver.
- 2 years of experience using tools like Autify, which leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence to identify visual changes on web pages.
- Proficiency in automated testing of web applications, encompassing comprehensive cross-browser and cross-device testing using automated tools.
- Experience with automation integrated into CI/CD using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Harness.
- Proficient in API testing, both manual (using tools like Postman/swagger) and automated.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and any industry-leading cloud platforms such as AWS
- Ability to efficiently coordinate with developers and product owners for feedback, quality risk mitigation, and maintenance of the architecture for the automation suite.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders, onsite/offshore teams, and senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging and rapidly changing environment, taking direction and feedback on ideas with a collaborative and proactive attitude.

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. Pay offered may vary within the posted range based on a number of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
