Are you detail-oriented and skilled at coordinating complex schedules? We are looking for a Material Expeditor to join our team in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for expediting, routing, and dispatching material and parts according to production schedules and commitments. You will review master production schedules, identify possible and actual shortages, and alert the proper authorities of potential problems. Additionally, you will generate progress reports on schedule status and keep records of completed orders.

Responsibilities:

• Expedite, route, and dispatch material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments
• Review master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages
• Alert proper authorities of potential problems
• Generate progress reports on schedule status
• Keep records of completed orders
• Take appropriate action to expedite materials, such as ordering damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation
• Report on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience or Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience in a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
