Overview: We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for creating delicious baked goods. Responsibilities: - Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts - Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards - Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed - Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet production schedules - Assist in developing new recipes and menu items Experience: - Proven experience as a Baker or similar role - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with shift management and supervising staff is a plus - Familiarity with banquet preparation is advantageous - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team - Bartending experience is beneficial for certain roles If you are passionate about baking, have experience in the food industry, and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
