- $7500 Hiring Bonus (paid in increments over the 1st year of employment)
- $75,000 per year Guarantee plus bonuses
Responsibilities
- Performs Repair and or replacement work on exterior of new and used vehicles
- Restoring vehicles to their original condition, or better, by repairing, replacing, and upgrading features of their exterior.
- Ensuring that each vehicle is roadworthy upon completion of the job.
- Checking to see that issues have been resolved to customers' satisfaction.
- Maintain and wear all required safety equipment
- Follows dealership and or manufacturer specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician.
- Formal training as an Auto Body Technician
- Thorough knowledge of relevant safety guidelines.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
