Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role as a Keyholder at LUMINARY. The Keyholder will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting store management team and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include promoting and selling products, maintaining product knowledge, managing sales floor, and supporting the store team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail sales and customer service
- Ability to create an exceptional customer experience
- Product knowledge in luxury furnishings, fashion, and fine jewelry
- Ability to effectively communicate and present product information
- Detail-oriented and organized
